SEE Methodology

The Scrum Educational Experience (SEE) model is designed to bring innovation mindsets, tools, and processes to life. As Confucius once said, “Tell me and I will forget, show me and I may remember; involve me and I will understand.” That’s why SEE involves a combination of Agile methodologies, hackathons, and experiential learning in a collaborative and structured process.

One of the strengths of SEE is its effective and repeatable methodology. Our approach provides each stage with the same amount of undivided attention, allowing participants to focus solely on the creative process without having to prioritise or decide what to do next. SEE activities are structured as mini hackathons, where participants engage in a creative problem-solving process and build innovative habits, with or without technology. We also adopted Sprints from SCRUM methodology and Agile mindset to further enhance our focus on process and participant interactions, collaboration, and communication.

In 2019 SEE team received and Evidence Aware Edward for the quality of our research proposal. Our products are designed based on impact research conducted with the support of London Educate Programme.
